- Sr Production Scheduler
Description
As a Sr Production Scheduler here at Honeywell, you will be leading globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand.In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning & execution process within the SBG business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the people and processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
- Monitor production performance and take corrective actions to ensure production targets are met
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time
- Analyze production data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years' experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems, with expertise in Master Production Scheduling and capacity planning.
- Experience analyzing demand and supply balance, identifying out-of-balance conditions, and recommending corrective actions.
- Ability to develop executable master production schedules and maintain material resource planning profiles.

- Expert in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems
- APICS or CPIM Certification

- Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Expertise on leading/driving change, and mentor for new leaders or peers
- Expertise across professional disciplines within the material management function
