The Position
This is a newly created position which will be a key leader on the ISC Americas Electronics Operating Center (AEOC) leadership team, reporting to the AEOC Vice President, and will be responsible for driving unprecedented growth out of key electronics product lines predominantly out of Minneapolis and Clearwater. This leader will coordinate cross-functionally to solve systemic operational issues, expand production capacity, solve supply chain constraints, and facilitate operational excellence to deliver over $1B of annual organic growth over the next 5 years. He or she will partner with the local ISC Operations and cross-functional support teams to address root causes, remove barriers, align priorities, drive actions, and deliver results.
As a Product Health Team Leader here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving quality and delivery performance across a defined portfolio of products. These products have tremendous demand growth, which currently outpaces supply capabilities. Delivering production output growth while meeting quality requirements will unlock meaningful value for both Honeywell and our global customers, as well as enable superior domestic and allied defense capabilities in a time of tremendous global instability.
Finally, this person will lead high-impact continuous improvement initiatives as assigned, driving process improvements and program-managing cross-functional stakeholders to complete actions and deliver sustained results.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure product health and optimize supply chain processes.
- Participate in daily MOS at key sites Deeply understand root issues and drive cross-functional teams to remove barriers to execution
- Monitor Action Rails to ensure relevant actions are captured and getting worked promptly
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization via written and oral, up to and including the CEO, with clear and concise communication of performance to plan and key recovery actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity and resilience.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 10 years cross-functional ISC operations or relevant experience
- Ability to effectively navigate Honeywell systems (SAP, Command Center, etc) and Organization (functional groups, processes, etc) to drive results
- Positive, proactive mindset with clear passion for leading, collaborating, and executing to solve difficult challenges and achieve impactful results
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Office, specifically Excel and Power Point
- 8+ years of experience in operations or supply chain roles
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and quality control processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization via oral, written, and/or presentations.
- Track record of driving solutions to assigned tasks utilizing a proactive approach to problem solving
- Leadership responsibility for materials, quality or manufacturing global organizations, with a high degree of complexity and metrics management
- Experience in successful implementation of contemporary variation reduction techniques (preferably Six Sigma) as well as lean supply chain processes. Minimum Green Belt certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to make a significant change in a variety of environments, with multiple learning experiences
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning as well as tactical execution.
