- Semiconductor - MEMS Technician
Description
As a Semiconductor Technician here at Honeywell , you will play a critical role in the manufacturing and testing of MEMS devices. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining semiconductor equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production process. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our semiconductor manufacturing operations.You will report directly to our Semiconductor Operations Manager, and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN office.
In this role, you will impact the quality and efficiency of our MEMS manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
• Operate assigned equipment and run required processes, supporting MEMS Wafer Fab
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
• Support the Honeywell Operating System
• Comply with all safety rules
• Analyze data and production reports
• Run qualifications and perform inspections to ensure product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Record and report production data
Qualifications
The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $97,600. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Experience in manufacturing
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and protocol
• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
• Due to contractual requirements, candidates must be U.S. person.
WE VALUE
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in Electronics or a related field
• Experience in semiconductor processing
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment and processes
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with cleanroom protocols and safety procedures
