Job Overview

City View Post Acute in San Francisco, CA is hiring a friendly Receptionist. You will be the face and voice of our facility on weekends. This role ensures a warm welcome for all visitors, families, and staff.

• Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Job Type: Full Time, Part-time
• Schedule: PM 4pm - 12am or NOC 12am - 7am
• Location: San Francisco, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors: Welcome families, vendors, and guests with a warm smile.
• Manage phones: Answer incoming calls and transfer them to correct departments.
• Screen guests: Follow facility check-in and security protocols for safety.
• Sort mail: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages daily.
• Support office: Perform light administrative tasks like copying and filing.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and basic computer proficiency.
• Traits: Dependable, punctual, compassionate, and highly organized.
• Requirements: Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision.
