DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our retail teams at our Lexington location. If you have a passion for serving others to help them achieve their financial goals, then this may be the perfect position for you!
What You'll have the Opportunity to do:
- Process all financial transaction requests to include cash advances, withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and balancing.
- Effectively make referrals for credit union products, educate members, and promote the use of alternative service delivery channels and services.
- Actively assist the branch team in creating a meaningful member experience
- Assist with a variety of transactions and the administration of the cash management responsibilities.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A strong passion for service and the ability to transform service experiences into relationships.
- Passion for helping people and interacting with others.
- Ability to adapt to fast paced, changing environments and work as part of a team to promote an efficient and effective workflow.
