Envision Healthcare searching for Full-time CRNA (General and OB) to become a part of our prestigious practice at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami, Florida!!

• Anesthesia Care Team Model: 17 Physicians and 24 CRNAs
• $45k Start Date Bonus
• Approximately 12,000 annual cases
• 14 State of the art OR's: 10 main, 1 Endo, 1 EP, 2 L&D
• Case mix includes General, Ortho, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Neuro and GYN
• CRNAs are NOT involved with Cardiac cases
• No Peds
• Autonomy to perform Regional (spinals and epidurals), arterial lines etc.
• Work schedules vary with 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts. Scheduling is evenly distributed amongst the group
• Call is approximately one weekend every 7-8 weeks: weekday call variable but infrequent
• Average work week is about 4 days a week
• Opportunity to make more if you want
• PTO 8 & 9 weeks
