- Lead Administrative Assistant (Charlotte, NC)

Job DescriptionYou will report directly to our Vice President of HR Services, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC, location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR Services team by providing essential administrative support that enables the team to focus on delivering high-quality HR services to employees and managers.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for leadership and team members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between HR Services and other departments to facilitate communication and information flow.
- Assist with organizing HR events, training sessions, and team activities.
- Maintain confidential HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
WE VALUE
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Experience supporting Human Resources.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships.
- Strong time management skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
