The Role

• Coordinate daily staffing for the nursing department.
• Maintain employee records, including attendance, tardiness, and contact lists.
• Collaborate with the HR Director on modified work duties and policy compliance.
• Manage hiring/discharge paperwork and employee leave requests.
• Connect with applicants regarding position availability and coordinate interviews.

What You Bring

• Required: Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
