Must have a good driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains all property grounds such as lawn and parking lot.
• Assists maintenance as needed.
• Maintains appearance of all buildings on property
• Paint and repair items as needed
• Monitors fire extinguishers for compliance throughout the plant
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Picks up and/or drops off supplies machinery and/or parts using company vehicle.
• Assists with assorted light plumbing functions.
• Conducts oneself in a professional manner, working safely, taking precautions in preventing product and/or equipment damages and losses, cooperating with co-workers and maintaining good houskeeping practices at all times.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to use basic math skills such as addition, subtraction and multiplication.
