What You'll Do

• Pass meds and provide excellent resident care
• Monitor changes and communicate with the care team
• Chart like a champion
• Support STNAs and work together as a team

Schedule

• Full-time
• 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
• Work 3 days a week and enjoy more days off
• Weekend rotation required

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN license
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Skilled in multitasking and staying calm under pressure
• Long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
