Role Description
We are seeking a creative and visionary Concierge Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our practice as the lead clinician. This is a full-time, on-site position in Montecito, CA with tremendous growth potential.
In this role, you will provide exceptional, personalized care to high-achieving individuals and families who expect the highest standard of service. You will serve as the central physician, blending diagnostic excellence with creative, forward-thinking approaches to prevention, optimization, and longevity.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive primary and preventative care with a strong emphasis on personalization and clinical artistry.
Conduct thorough executive physicals, advanced screening interpretation, and proactive health planning.
Manage complex chronic conditions while focusing on root-cause resolution and vitality optimization.
Coordinate with top specialists and integrate cutting-edge diagnostics (advanced cardiology, cancer screening, preventative imaging, gut health, metabolic optimization, etc.).
Core understanding of peptides, nutraceuticals, IV therapies, and alternative lifestyle interventions.
Build deep, trusting long-term relationships with discerning patients who value presence, creativity, and clinical excellence.
Contribute to the continued elevation of our practice’s clinical protocols and patient experience as we strategically grow the brand.

Requirements
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Valid California State Medical License and DEA registration
Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience, with strong preference for concierge, integrative, functional, executive health, or premium primary care settings
Genuine interest and experience in advanced preventative strategies, including:
Cardiovascular risk assessment & advanced lipidology
Cancer screening & early detection platforms
Preventative imaging interpretation
Gut microbiome analysis and optimization
Nutritional supplementation, peptide therapy, and longevity medicine
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, polished, and professional presence
Strong emotional intelligence and natural ability to connect with high-profile, discerning patients
Highly organized with excellent EHR proficiency
Creative thinker who enjoys collaborating on innovative, personalized care plans

Preferred:
Previous experience in concierge or membership-based medicine is highly desirable. A passion for clinical creativity and the art of medicine is essential. Prefer candidates with 3+ years of experience for high level proficiency and autonomy.
