Description
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Rehab AideLocation: Lakeport, CA
Shift: Varies | Status: Part‑Time
Pay: $21/hr
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care and support to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting)
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition
- Keep residents clean, dry, comfortable, and safe
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
- Monitor skin condition and report concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident confidentiality
- Follow safety, infection control, and facility policies
Requirements:
- Active CNA license (state‑approved)
- Minimum 10th grade education
- Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
- CPR preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
- Standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents throughout shift
