Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a dedicated, full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN to join our leadership team, offering a competitive annual salary of $130,000 - $136,000 alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department.
• Staff Supervision: Mentor, supervise, and educate nursing staff to ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality improvement processes to maintain regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.
• Care Coordination: Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and medication management protocols.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
