Company History
Brinkman Construction was established in Fort Collins as an integrated real estate company by brothers Paul and Kevin Brinkman in 2005, and offered construction, development, commercial brokerage, and property management. As we put more buildings on the map, we formed strong relationships, creating a reputation for an extraordinary experience as we grew. In 2015, we opened a second office in the River North district of Denver as we continued to expand our Front Range footprint.
One of our most pivotal moments was in 2016, when Brinkman Construction became a stand-alone company and 100% employee owned.
After becoming employee owned, we knew that while some of our identity remained the same, much of it had changed and evolved. We not only rebranded, but we also focused more than ever on creating an unrivaled client and employee experience.
