Position Description
Tara Spa Therapy has an opening for a motivated, energetic professional to become our Sales Account Manager. This position is responsible for managing accounts efficiently. This includes actual sales of the product as well as the implementation of business plans and programs for targeted accounts and corporate hotel/resort groups. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the development and implementation of sales plans, call plans, customer service support, representing TST at industry events and on-site trainings. Generating quotes and implementing orders are an important function of this position. The professional applicant for this position will prove exceedingly capable of gracious and professional communication, troubleshooting, and relationship-building.
Requirements
Specific Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships at all levels while simultaneously exceeding customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities and challenges within the existing account base and create strategies to maximize sell-through, revenue, and market share.
- Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, and products.
- Understand how to effectively communicate the breadth of TST offerings to key accounts and be able to prospect and close new business.
- Develop and execute annual business plans in partnership with assigned accounts.
- Provide weekly reviews of sales, opportunities, promotions, sell-through, and any other account activities.
- Managing accounts and reporting through CRM
- Conduct inside sales calls and on-site visits.
- Execute product training as required.
- Travel as required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in outside sales
- Experience as a spa practitioner (massage therapist/esthetician) Desirable
- Experience working in or with hotel, resort spas.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience selling branded company products.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining astute accuracy.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional work ethic, punctual, organized, and self-motivated
- Four-year college degree (Desirable)
