In our senior living segment, our Best Senior Living, Best Nursing Homes and Best Insurance Companies for Medicare Advantage ratings help families navigate complicated decisions about how to plan, pay for and choose care and lifestyle services. We are looking for a dynamic and data-savvy Product Manager to help us build best-in-class consumer decision support tools, drive audience growth and optimize lead generation funnels. This role is critical to expanding our user base, improving acquisition, and driving measurable business value through experimentation, user-centric design, and collaboration across teams. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with editorial, engineering, data, and design teams to build products and features that attract new users, build ongoing engagement, and help families connect to resources and providers that meet their needs. Leverage product analytics and user research to understand how our data and consumer decision support tools can meet users' needs -
Identify and prioritize features and enhancements based on usage analyses, competitive intelligence, user feedback, and industry trends. -
Define, plan and execute initiatives that drive audience growth, measured by unique users, engagement, lead volume & quality. -
Execute upon a comprehensive first party data strategy and post-registration product experience supporting engagement and return user goals. -
Write clear, comprehensive, and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. -
Work closely with internal teams (engineering, analytics, sales, marketing, customer support) to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. -
Lead A/B testing and experimentation to validate growth hypotheses. -
Collaborate with analytics to generate insights and measure performance against KPIs. -
Stay current on trends in consumer behavior, competitor tactics, growth tactics, and competitors. |
