Description

We're looking for an experienced Infor/Workbrain Developer / Techno Functional Consultant to support implementation and configuration work on a recent enterprise workforce platform deployment.

Must-Have Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in workforce management technology, specifically in a techno-functional capacity
• Hands-on work with INFOR WFM (WorkBrain), including experience with the 2022/230424 version
• Familiarity with core modules such as:
  
  • Time and Attendance
  • Labor Forecasting and Scheduling
  • Shift and Event Scheduling
  • Time-Off Requests, Shift Trades, and Employee Availability
  • Labor Budgeting and Schedule Fairness

Responsibilities:

• Customize reports and build system interfaces

Work on platform integrations with external enterprise systems

Analyze customizations in legacy code to support updated requirements gathering

Create test scenarios and data, document cases, and coordinate client review and approval

Contribute to full-cycle implementation or upgrade efforts
