Rock Creek Care Center is seeking a Weekend Admissions Assistant to be the welcoming face of our facility and a crucial part of the admissions process. You'll help ensure a smooth transition for residents and their families—and we promise, no two days are ever the same!
📝 What You'll Be Doing:
- Greet and guide new residents and their families during the admissions process
- Collect and review required documentation and signatures
- Coordinate room assignments and communicate with clinical teams
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy and bed availability
- Assist in updating admission materials and packets
- Be a calm, helpful presence during what can be a stressful time for families
- Collaborate with nursing, social services, and leadership to support seamless resident onboarding
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Previous admissions, receptionist, or administrative experience (healthcare preferred)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with ability to navigate digital forms and records
- A warm, welcoming demeanor—you're often the first face our families see!
- Availability Saturday & Sunday
