Position Summary
All in Credit Union is in search of a Vice President of Recovery Solutions. Reporting to the SVP Finance and Administration, this role is responsible for directing and coordinating the Collection and Loss Prevention functions of the Credit Union to safeguard its assets. This includes overseeing daily operations of the Collections department, managing staff performance and development, and ensuring effective processes are in place to control and collect on delinquent accounts. The role involves preparing charge-offs, handling repossessed collateral sales, conducting fieldwork, and staying informed on legal and technical developments in collections. Additionally, the role requires developing departmental policies, identifying trends in loan underwriting, strategic planning for future staffing and resource needs, and collaborating with senior management on credit risk management initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with five to ten years of related experience in management.
