Come and join us at Beach and Bay Vet! Where you can have a say in how you practice and how the hospital is run, at regular vet meetings, daily huddles and rounds. An independent practice focused on moving forward, together. 
Have a special interest? Keen on medicine, surgery, consults, or imaging? We can make it happen, with a hefty continuing education budget for every vet, and a strong and supportive vet team who have decades of experience and knowledge on-hand, every day. 
We have all the toys and are interested in growing our knowledge and being the best we can be, every day - no hoops to jump through, just genuine support for learning and career development. 

Kindness is one of our core values; no judgement, no toxicity, just open honest support and communication. Our team works and plays well together with regular team-building and supportive HR. There are separate facilities for lunch and tea breaks, with space to get away and outside during the day. Regular breaks are scheduled in for every vet throughout the day - scheduling is monitored carefully and adjusted as needed. 

Location-wise, the name says it all! We are between the surf beaches and the gentle bays on the Central Coast of NSW. If nature or the outdoors appeals, you are spoilt for choice, but only an hour away from the delights of Sydney!
Short-term accomodation can be made available to the right applicant, to give you time to find your own place. 

We have a great client base who can and will do the best for their animals, two 24hr hospitals close by and a specialist referral hospital 30mins away. No after-hours, easy referrals to teams you know and trust.
