Heath Rasky & Bowen, P.A. is looking for both an entry level and an experienced associate who wants to serve its clients 9 to 5 Monday through Friday (not nights and weekends too), who wants mentorship from experienced trial attorneys, and who wants to mentor up and coming associates in a team environment.

Our office is located in NE Tallahassee. We litigate cases from Pensacola to Jacksonville across I10, and south to Ocala from coast to coast across Florida. We serve our clients' and insurance carriers' needs by defending personal injury auto accident and premises liability cases from when a claim is opened, during litigation/suit, through trial and post-trial motions as needed.

We offer competitive salaries based on experience, with a unique earnings program that puts you in control of reaping the rewards of the time you spend committed to serving clients. We offer a 401k with matching (up to 4%) after six months of employment, health insurance for the individual (CHP), and paid time off to use as you please, with allowable rollover hours.
