Overview

Arcis Golf is searching for a service-focused Tournament Operations Manager who can assist our Golf Operations Team and Tournament Operations at Cowboys Golf Club.

Experience Required

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Supervising experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Essential Responsibilities

Effectively assist the Golf Operations Team and aid in overseeing the Outside Service Staff.

Specific Responsibilities- include but not limited to:

• Responsible for all facets of Golf Operations, including the supervision and training of the Outside Service Staff.
• Assist with Opening and Closing Procedures for the Outside Services Team.
• Directly report to the Director of Golf.
• Main Contact for Tournament Operations.
• Responsible for working with sales and events team to run and organize tournaments.
• Assist with Golf Operations Manager with management of Outside Services, Marshal, and Starters and to ensure the highest quality of customer service is achieved.
• Assist in managing Golf Cart Fleet, Practice Facilities, Club Rentals, and Daily Golf Operations
• Assist the Golf Operation Manager in executing and operating all Outside Golf Tournaments, In House Events, and Pillar Events.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for all Guests, Members, and visitors at Cowboys Golf Club.
