- Territory Sales Manager
Description
Sealing Devices is looking for a Territory Account Manager to manage customer relationships, support sales initiatives, and contribute to revenue growth across assigned accounts. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, offering appropriate product solutions, and ensuring consistent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Execute outbound sales and marketing activities to increase revenue from existing and prospective accounts.

Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with customers and decision-makers to support long-term partnerships.

Needs Assessment: Identify customer application requirements and provide appropriate technical guidance.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of company products and capabilities to assist customers and influence design decisions.

Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to develop tailored product and pricing solutions that align with customer expectations.

Market Insight: Gather and share feedback on customer needs, pricing, and competitive activity.

Support Tools: Utilize CRM and ERP systems for lead tracking, reporting, and maintaining sales records.

Vendor Coordination: Work with vendor territory managers on joint customer calls.

Reporting: Provide regular reports, including call plans, forecasts, and activity summaries.

Compliance: Follow all company policies, quality procedures, and safety guidelines.

Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related technical field (required)

Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 75% travel (required)

- Ability to travel as needed (minimum of one week per month), which may include extended periods of sitting, carrying luggage, and handling presentation materials or product samples.
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, phone, and presentation equipment.
- Requires close vision and the ability to adjust focus when reviewing documents, preparing reports, and conducting product demonstrations.
- Must be able to hear and communicate clearly in person, over the phone/online, and during presentations.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, or reach during office and customer interactions.
- May occasionally lift or move materials, product samples, or equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in both office and production environments, which may involve moderate noise levels, temperature variation, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
