Description
Key Responsibilities- Translate high-level business requirements into concrete technical projects for internal stakeholders including portfolio managers, risk managers, and business leads
- Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking
- Ensure all changes align with platform strategy and architectural direction
- Collaborate closely with engineering and quant teams; provide data analysis and project guidance
- Focus areas include pre-trade analytics, real-time position and risk, and performance analysis
- Lead medium to long-term initiatives, including bespoke requests from portfolio managers
Requirements
- Solid experience in fixed income markets, preferably across rates, credit, FX, or mortgage-backed securities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and technical design
- Ability to navigate complex project environments with multiple teams, applications, and stakeholders
- Effective communicator, capable of interfacing with both technical teams and business leaders
- Demonstrated ownership of full project cycles with a delivery mindset
- Positive advocate for design, testing, and continuous integration in fast-paced development settings
- Curiosity-driven and independent, with a global mindset and collaborative spirit
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
