Description
LAP and LifeLine Software, the makers of the secondary check software RadCalc are seeking a highly motivated and self driven Medical Dosimetrist. The primary role will be to join the customer success team and provide daily technical support to current and new customers. In addition to the technical support role, the qualified candidate will provide implementation services to current and new customers. These implementation services will utilize physics QA skills and 3D modeling for secondary check QA. You will work closely with our Medical Physics team to implement these new services which include 3D and EPID dosimetry. You will be required to demo the RadCalc software remotely and at trade shows. You will work closely with clinicians to fully implement and support RadCalc software in their clinical environment which may require onsite travel.
Requirements
• Responding to customer support requests regarding product setup, installation, and operation.
• Configuring appropriate physics data as well as other aspects of RadCalc for customers.
• Daily technical support calls to assist customers with RadCalc troubleshooting and implementation.
• Ability to work with IT departments in advance to provision and setup a virtual or physical server.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, training events and other identified experiences.
• Onsite support to local physics, dosimetry, and radiotherapist for implementation of new technologies and workflows.
• Provide onsite and remote training to physics, dosimetry, and radiotherapist.
• Act as a liaison between clients and product development, technical support and application specialists proactively articulating changing requirements supporting continuous improvement efforts.
• Support multi-departmental team efforts.
• Work with global peers to align on best practices and solutions.
• Document activities related to each task in Salesforce, including but not limited to emails, phone calls, signed acceptance, attendees list, presentation activity.
