Overview

This position is a full time Teaching Professional position. We coach a high volume of varied skilled players. We start each lesson program with a comprehensive evaluation and discuss client goals. We then build a program to help achive those goals in a timely fashion. Go Golf is a family owned golf instruction business. We're excited to add another instructor to the facility, however we're looking for a long term candidate.

Experience Required

Preferred but not limited to Teaching Professionals with a year of coaching experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Embrace learning and become an expert on the company's best practices
• Conduct a thorough evaluation of each client
  • Analyze & Diagnose - Putting; Chipping; Half & full swings
• Be able to design a program specific to each client based on their current abilities and their goals
• Provide lessons for all skill levels
• Follow lesson protocol (pre and post lesson follow up)
• Maintaining regular communication and interaction with the Director of Instruction, Director of Fitness, Fitness Coaches, and fellow teaching professionals and clientele.
• Golf Club Regripping
• Perform daily opening & closing duties
  • Turning on computer and launch monitors
  • Cleaning the bays of balls, tees, alignment sticks, etc.
  • Vacuuming & taking out the trash
• Teaching on V1 Golf Platform
• Full Service retail shop as well as golf and fitness merchandise
• Participate in continuing education (PGA, TPI, K-VEST, SAM Putt-Lab, etc)
