- Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Description
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role focuses on creating exceptional candidate experiences while building strong community partnerships to support recruitment and retention efforts. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between our organization and the community, providing comprehensive support to new hires from initial contact through successful integration into their new role and community.
Community Partnership Development
Work with area school districts and community organizations to support new hires
Work with developed network of community partnerships to support various services for new hires
Utilize and maintain an up-to-date database of contact information and resources to support recruitment and retention efforts
Candidate Experience & Support Services
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and secure housing options for new hires
Coordinate and conduct engaging community tours for prospective candidates
Build and develop customized itineraries for candidates in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Strategies Specialist
Provide comprehensive concierge services, accompanying and supporting candidates from arrival through household setup
Respond promptly and professionally to all applicant requests for information and assistance
Talent Acquisition Operations & Asset Management
Assist with logistics for various recruitment and community engagement activities
Provide administrative support to Human Resource Leaders as required
Support pipeline programs within the Human Resources Division as needed
Oversee and maintain Talent Acquisition assets, including fleet vehicles and event supplies
Ensure all equipment and materials are properly maintained and readily available for recruitment activities
Assist with planning and execution of special events, recruitment fairs, career fairs, and healthcare-related events
Verify that applicants meet scholarship requirements and coordinate interview scheduling
Travel & Flexibility Requirements
Travel locally and regionally (up to 10% regional travel required)
Work flexible hours, including off-business hours when necessary for events and candidate support
Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education - High School Diploma/ GED Equivalent
Certification - Driver's License - State
Ability to prioritize e multiple tasks
Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
Flexibility to work non-standard hours and travel as needed
