Job Summary | The Director for Quality Enhancement will serve as a critical developer of the Student's First initiative by defining a student-centered framework to deliver the best possible service for the Office for Student Success. Reporting through the Office for Student Success Central Operations unit, this role will be responsible for sending a standard of practice and providing clear, empathetic, and ongoing training to the Office for Student Success staff. This role will provide a hospitality framework and in partnership with the Director for Organizational Excellence and the Executive Director of Employee Resources and Engagement, will work with Student Success units to best define how they deliver their services most effectively with a level of professionalism and warmth that keeps the University of Kentucky as a premiere experience for every student. Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success. |
