- Student Accounts Manager
Description
Carroll College is seeking a self-motivated individual to fill the position of Student Accounts Manager. This person will serve as a team member in the Business Office. The Student Accounts Manager will perform accounting functions, including, but not limited to, developing and implementing all of the policies and systems associated with student accounts receivable including billing, collections, write-offs, general ledger account reconciliations and resolution of student account balances; serving as a financial counselor to students and parents; maintaining the Student Financials software module; producing year-end student tax forms to ensure the timely distribution and filing with appropriate tax authorities and producing requested information for the annual year end audit.
Also responsible for ensuring excellent, timely customer service to students and their parents/guardians to ensure clear and concise account information and assistance; by establishing good rapport with students and families will encourage attendance and retention at Carroll College.

Requirements
Strong customer service skills are required for this position. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Will also consider an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field plus 2 years of progressively responsible work-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
