Strength and Conditioning Coach
GForce Athletics is seeking knowledgeable and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coaches to join our growing team. We are hiring for multiple locations in both the Chicago area (Chicago, Glenview, West Dundee, Addison, Lake Barrington, Libertyville) and the Seattle area (Snoqualmie, Kirkland, Renton).
This role focuses on leading structured, sport-specific performance training for athletes of all ages and from all sports, while supporting long-term athletic development and injury prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality strength and conditioning sessions tailored to athletes’ sport, age, and developmental level.
- Coach proper technique in strength, speed, agility, mobility, and recovery.
- Adjust training based on in-season and off-season demands.
- Maintain a professional, structured, and performance-focused training environment.
- Collaborate with GForce Athletics staff to align with program standards.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and organizational contacts.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Preferred certification: NSCA-CSCS or other nationally recognized credential.
- Previous coaching experience, ideally with youth or high school athletes in a performance setting.
- Strong understanding of long-term athletic development and injury mitigation.
- Evening and/or weekend availability required based on team schedules.
- Professional, reliable, and organized with excellent communication skills.
