Requirements
Your Role:
Deliver evidence-based assessments and personalised speech therapy interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, families, and caregivers.
Provide services in our modern clinics, homes, schools, telehealth, and community settings.
Maintain high-quality clinical documentation compliant with NDIS and Medicare standards.
Participate in regular supervision, professional development, and case reviews.
About You:
Degree in Speech Pathology (SPA registration or eligibility).
Experience or strong interest in working with NDIS participants, particularly in paediatrics or disability services.
You must be a nice person to be considered for the position. We have such a good team environment that we want to maintain.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle preferred for community-based visits.
Recent graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply!
Join Our Team:
You will be joining a team of over 6 experienced Speech Therapists, working alongside a larger multidisciplinary team of over 20 allied health clinicians including Occupational Therapists and Psychologists. Our award-winning clinic offers weekly mentoring (if needed) and structured weekly clinical meetings to ensure ongoing learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry information and best practices.
