Location/Division:    Allied Health Service - Innisfail 

Salary:    $128 169 - $137 918 per annum (plus superannuation and leave loading benefits) 

Duties/Abilities: 

• Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated high level of knowledge, expertise and skill in rural generalist speech pathology service to inpatients, outpatients and community clients across all ages, and across the continuum of care.  
• Communication:  Demonstrated effective communication skills to provide high level clinical advice to professional and operational colleagues and managers regarding specific patient care, service delivery issues and improvement opportunities.
• Clinical Ability: Demonstrated ability to provide speech pathology clinical services of a complex nature, where established principles, procedures and methods require some expansion, adaptation or modification.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to provide leadership within the field of speech pathology and rural practice including service management, service improvement and clinical supervision to speech pathologists, allied health assistants and pre-entry level students.
