- Supportive Clients & Balanced Caseload: Our clients truly value your expertise, allowing you to practice medicine without constant pushback. The caseload is thoughtfully balanced ,- about 60% canine and 40% feline - with no exotics or pocket pets, so you can focus on delivering the best care to your patients.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary of $115k - $140k paid on 21% production (no negative accrual!)
- Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance
- No weekend shifts
- Flexible 4-day work week
