ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop custom features, and workflows to satisfy business needs
- Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards
- Design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business or technical requirements
- Work with remote teams and clients
- Work independently as well as collaboratively
- Work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities
- Build customized ServiceNow application
- Apply technical expertise to enhance team capabilities
- Lead the development team to architect and deploy solutions using ServiceNow platform
- Work with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions
- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical audience
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
- Experience in implementing the ServiceNow Service Portal, building custom applications, which include but not limited to custom tables, catalog items, workflows, script includes, portal widgets, and business rules
- ServiceNow Custom application development experience
- Expertise with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong experience in producing quality client-facing deliverable content
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
