Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their automotive service needs while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. As a Service Advisor, you will be the main connection between our customers and our service technicians. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, recommending services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates, accurate service estimates, and a clear explanation of service work performed.
Responsibilities: Greet customers and listen to their service needs or concerns. Generate repair orders with detailed descriptions regarding customer concerns and maintenance requirements Provide accurate estimates for service work, including parts and labor. Communicate with technicians about job status and customer concerns. Explain service work and any recommendations for additional services to customers. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service work. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge. Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to dealership standards
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive service and repair. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation. Computer literacy is mandatory Valid driver's license Experience as a mechanic or in an automotive repair environment is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Additional pay: Commission pay Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Schedule: Full time Monday to Friday Weekends on rotation Experience: Service advisor: 2 years (preferred) Customer service: 3 years (required)
