At Hastings Physio and Health, we've built a thriving team of 15 therapists and support staff across 3 locations on the beautiful Mid North Coast, NSW (Port Macquarie & Wauchope). We're now looking for a senior physio leader to guide, mentor and inspire our team of 10 physiotherapists while still keeping your hands-on skills sharp.
Here's what you'll enjoy:
- $110,000–$125,000 base + super + commission – guaranteed fortnightly salary + healthy commission for all your great work.
- Paid mentoring & admin time built into your week (not tacked on after-hours).
- Balanced role: 60% treatment, 30% mentoring, 10% business development.
- Leadership scope: mentor across 3 clinics, treat across 2.
CPD & training:
- Watson Headache Course (late November, in-house).
- Access to specialised clinical leadership programs.
- Weekly mentoring directly from the Director.

The role
- Lead and mentor a team of 10 physiotherapists.
- Be the face of the business in the community building strong referral partnerships.
- Help drive clinical excellence, referrals, and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with our Business Development Manager, Practice Managers, and Director to shape growth.
- Balance patient care with coaching and developing the next generation of physios.
Requirements
About you
- 7+ years' MSK private practice experience.
- Prior mentoring/leadership experience.
Growth mindset – you read and listen to personal and professional development books and podcasts, you learn, you lead by example.
Driven to make a difference beyond the treatment room.
Australian work rights are required at the time of application.
