A day in the life.
As our Senior Operations Specialist on the McGriff team, you'll provide guidance to teammates and to 3rd party vendors, to support firm growth and success. You'll manage projects geared toward meeting operational goals, adding efficiency, and driving excellence in client service and agency operations.
Annual salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) team, ensuring the development, maintenance, and adherence to SOPs across relevant processes.
- Design, deliver, and facilitate training programs for offshore teams to ensure understanding and compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiently resolve operational issues.
- Monitor, track, and analyze key operational metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and respond to ongoing client or stakeholder requests, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor system and process performance, implementing enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Own and oversee the CCDM (Customer/Client Document Manager) processes, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- College Degree or equivalent education, training, and/or work-related experience
- 3-5 years of experience within the insurance industry
- Data management and data reporting experience
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing
- responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to work without direct supervision
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Knowledge of insurance specific systems and applications
- Offshore operations experience

The applicable base salary range for this role is $63,100 to $117,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
