Job Description:This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include building new procedures, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and reviewing exception testing and processing. Job expectations include supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.

Job Description:
This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include building new procedures, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and reviewing exception testing and processing. Job expectations include supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
- Manages the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
- Consults on procedural, technical, and operational changes
- Advances business products knowledge within operations environment
- Fosters relationships with partners and teammates
- Inspects data to identify issues and trends
- Presents reporting on key performance and implementation status
- Reviewing documents, client outreach for additional clarifications, updating system of records with client information, and testing with clients in a User Test Environment
- Review and correction of daily audits and other exception processing as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months year experience ARP experience
- Analytical thinking, problem solving skills and detail oriented
- Good oral and written communications skills
- PC proficiency and excellent Keyboarding/Typing skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as, collaborate within a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$24.00 - $36.05 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Predictable pay
This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
