We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager of Product Management & Implementation to join American Tower's Business Enablement team. The multifunctional team delivers process optimization, technology solutions, data management, and reporting analytics for all Global Operations departments. Day to day, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our software products—from ideation and development through internal adoption and external commercialization. As a team leader, you will provide strategic direction and ensure the operational success of American Tower's digital solutions portfolio.

You will oversee product strategy and implementation across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and technical delivery. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a strong background in digital product development, cross-functional team leadership, and commercialization strategy.
