- Salesforce Technical Team Lead
Description
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM & FSM solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
- Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Manage Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Oversee Salesforce user administration, profiles, roles, security settings, and data governance.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP systems like Epicor P21, marketing platforms like HubSpot, etc.).
- Provide technical leadership to internal teams and external consultants on Salesforce projects.
- Work with Commercial Operations/Business Leadership to develop and enforce CRM best practices and governance standards across the organization.
- Provide training and support to Salesforce users and conduct ongoing system audits.
- Monitor CRM KPIs and implement enhancements to improve user productivity and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator and one or more Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or other backend systems via API, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), or ETL tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes including lead management, opportunity lifecycle, and customer service workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Marketing Automation, or Community Cloud.
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or services industry.
- Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
