About the job
Sales Representatives lead and train benefit specialists that meet with clients who have
signed up to receive supplemental benefit plans that help protect their families far beyond
what is covered by their employer. Sales Representatives are great communicators who
are ambitious, motivated, and organized. They think like entrepreneurs and are committed
team players.

Qualifications
- Must be coachable, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain state insurance licensing (assistance provided)
- A positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn are essential

Salary/Compensation: $8,000 - $12,000 per month plus commission
