- Sales Development Representative

Sales Development RepresentativeThe Sales Development Rep (SDR) is an important element of A10 Networks' Sales Organization. As an A10 SDR you will leverage your prospecting, communication, and sales skills to find the right leads and new sales opportunities. You'll work closely with talented Regional Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to generate meetings and qualified leads that help A10 Networks achieve its sales objectives.
Essential Job Functions
- Leverage all available tools to prospect into new accounts
- Generate meetings and qualified leads leveraging phone calls, emails and available collateral and web-based resources
- Work closely with Team Leads, Direct Sales, and Channel Sales teams to execute regular sales campaigns
- Follow up on inbound enterprise and SP account interest and targeted marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, sale teams, and marketing teams
- Consistently generate a high level of outbound prospecting activity
- Follow opportunity development until closing
- Maintain an up-to-date technical understanding of products, solutions, and business value propositions
- Utilize CRM system to track activity and manage sales opportunities
- Regularly achieve Key Performance Metrics
- Meet quarterly and annual qualified opportunity
Requirements
- 2- 4 years previous lead generation or other inside sales experience
- Knowledge of networking, security, data center hardware/software
- General knowledge of sales cycles
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written
Communications Skills - Excellent presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

Targeted compensation guideline: Starting $33.00/hour. Compensation will vary based on a number of factors, including market demand for specific skills, role type, job level, and individual qualifications. Final salary offers are determined by considerations including, but not limited to, subject matter expertise, demonstrated skill level, relevant experience, geographic location, education, certifications, and training.
