Position Summary:

We are currently hiring a Part-Time RN to join our night shift team. This role is ideal for a nurse seeking a calm, focused environment where they can make a meaningful difference in residents' lives. Shift & Schedule:

• Part-Time Nights
• Shift hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts) or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (8-hour shifts) depending on scheduling needs
• Rotating weekends and holidays required

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during the night shift in accordance with standards of nursing practice and facility policies
• Monitor and document resident conditions, administer medications, and manage treatments as prescribed
• Respond to resident needs promptly and with kindness and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervise and support STNAs (State Tested Nursing Assistants) on shift

• Current and valid Ohio RN license
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills
