The main tasks of the role involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses. *What You'll Do* * You will utilize nursing judgement and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices. * You will check nursing procedures.
