Salary: $80,000 – $90,00 per annum exclusive of 14% superannuation
Term: Full time, Fixed term contract to 30 June 2028
Office location: 63 – 65 Cameron Street, Launceston
Are you passionate about working with others and nurturing behaviour change? We are seeking an Engagement Officer for north-east Tasmania to plan and deliver resource recovery education programs.
Rethink Waste in north-east Tasmania is looking for an Engagement Officer to promote, plan and deliver sustainable waste management and resource recoveryprogram education,and engage variousstakeholders (including schools) in promoting sustainable waste management in Tasmania.
Responsibilities
- create and deliver engaging presentations and programs – from toddlers through to older people
develop and implement educational resources and initiatives - plan and deliver workshops and events
- liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
- monitor and evaluate programs and report on progress
- maintain records and financial administration
- help to foster a safe work environment
