Job Description:

As a Remediation Crew Member for DRYmedic, you’ll play a critical role in assisting homeowners to mitigate and remediate water, mold, fire or storm damage to their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of a Foreman or Project Manager, Technicians will be assigned to a crew with equipment to lead remediation jobs by interacting with customers, extracting water, setting up drying and containment chambers, removing damaged materials, setting up drying and air filtration equipment, and applying anti-microbial chemicals. 

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous work experience required, preferably with hand and power tools.

Attributes: Hard-working, safety oriented, ability to follow directions and coachable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements: Reliable transportation to the main office or occasionally to work sites across the Houston metro area.

Education: DRYmedic will provide training.

Availability: Willingness to work extended hours during high demand. Typically, workday schedule is 8am-5pm.

Advancement: A lot.  Lead Technician, Full-time Duct Cleaning specialist, Foreman, Project Manager.  We promote from within and give our people opportunities to grow with us. 

Compensation:

Hourly pay, paid bi-weekly.  Technicians start at $16/hr., depending on experience.
