Pay: $88,600 - $96,500 per year, DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, flexible hours
Sacramento Post Acute is a 5-Star, 94-bed skilled nursing and subacute facility recognized for excellence in trach care, ventilator management, wound care, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care. Our Dietary Department earned the County Food Safety Award of Excellence and is supported by a stable, experienced team. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dietitian to join our leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized dietary plans
- Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to meet residents' nutritional needs and goals
- Adjust menus using menu services as necessary
- Participate in weekly IDT meetings focusing on weight and skin integrity
- Review patient charts and provide medical nutrition therapy recommendations
- Assist with care planning, discharge planning, and quality assurance initiatives
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Qualifications
- Active California license as a Registered Dietitian required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility, hospital, or related healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to confidentiality, compassion, and resident-centered care
