Part-Time Recruiter (4 Hours a Day) Vaughan, ON | Part-Time

Foss Automotive Group is looking for a part-time recruiter to help us fuel growth across our dealerships and our corporate business, Foss National Leasing. With 400 employees and around 25 open roles at any given time, we need someone who knows the automotive industry, can move quickly, and is confident working with our ATS (HR4).

This Role is Perfect if You Want: A part-time schedule: 4 hours a day (flexible on timing). A balance of remote + in-office: 2 days a week in Vaughan. The chance to make a big impact in a lean time commitment.

What You’ll Do Recruit for a mix of dealership service/technician roles and corporate/national roles at Foss National Leasing. Build pipelines for technicians by working with schools, training programs, and industry networks. Partner with managers to move searches quickly and effectively. Keep the hiring pipeline organized and efficient in our ATS (HR4).

What We’re Looking For Recruitment experience in the automotive industry (you know the roles and the people who make them great). A knack for finding hard-to-source talent, especially licensed technicians. Hands-on experience with HR4 (our ATS) or other applicant tracking systems. Friendly, proactive, and organized — able to juggle multiple roles at once.
