Description

Front office position with a bank in London, supporting origination and execution of large ticket Real Estate Finance transactions (£20m+).

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with commercial real estate clients and support the delivery of complex lending transactions.
• Support the origination of large ticket real estate finance loans (bilateral and syndicated) for a range of asset classes.
• Analyse potential transactions, recommend mitigants and report to senior management.
• Monitor the portfolio and report on key changes or trends.
• Review Loan Documentation.
• Onboard new clients.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and departments, eg. risk, legal, compliance etc.

Skills and Experience

• An understanding of different loan structures (investment, development etc).
• Experience in a similar role within real estate finance.
• Good credit analysis skills.
