Kaiser Permanente - Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is actively recruiting 2 BC/BE Radiation Oncologists to join our Department of Radiation Oncology at Kaiser Permanente in Ontario, CA. The center has 4 newly installed linear accelerators, including a Varian TrueBeam with BrainLab ExacTrac Dynamic, and a Halcyon. Additionally, the center has an Elekta XOFT Axxent Electronic Brachytherapy System for management of skin and GYN malignancies. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a robust regional faculty practice of over 30 close-knit physicians based in desirable Southern California.
Candidates must have completed their residency in an ACGME-accredited radiation oncology program and/or fellowship in an accredited US training program, be eligible for California medical licensure, and have a track record of excellence in clinical care and research. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills. Candidates must work well in collaboration with our physician colleagues, both within our department and across disciplines, as well as staff (nursing, physics, radiation therapy, and dosimetry). The ideal candidate will be a generalist radiation oncologist with an emphasis on Head and Neck malignancies and CNS malignancies (with specific emphasis in the use of stereotactic radiosurgery).

Salary range for full-time/part-time openings is $545,775 - $588,039. Potential premium earnings are up to $23,304. Salaries are inclusive of incentives depending on skills and competencies and geographic location. Potential premium earnings are based on location. Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.
